An Immersive Personal Styling Experience for Women Who Have Outgrown Who They’re Still Dressing For

You Have Not Outgrown Style

You’ve outgrown the version of yourself you’re still dressing for.

There’s a difference between getting dressed and showing up, and most women in leadership feel it long before they can name it.

I firmly believe that style is not visual first; it is energetic. It is something you feel in your body before you ever see it in the mirror.

The Working Capsule was built to close that gap.

What The Working Capsule Is

The Working Capsule is an intimate styling experience for professional women who sense a disconnect between who they are now and how they present.

This is not about building a better wardrobe. It is about alignment.

Most women follow wardrobe formulas that look right on paper but feel off in real life. A capsule wardrobe is a template, not a blueprint. When your style no longer reflects who you’ve become, people feel it before you say a word.

The Working Capsule, hosted at Argent Georgetown in Washington, DC, is intentionally small. Over two hours, we explore style through the lens of identity with live wardrobe curation, guided conversation, and moments that have very little to do with clothes and everything to do with recognition.

We start with a different question: who have you become, and does your wardrobe know it yet?

Inside the Room

The evening begins with an introduction to the Style Archetypes, not as a one-time exercise, but as a framework women carry forward.

For many, it is the first time they’ve been given language for what they’ve been feeling. That shift alone changes how they see themselves.

From there, the experience becomes tactile. Women engage with pieces curated to reflect different expressions of professional identity. Some pause longer than expected. Some grow quiet. Others pick something up, put it back, then reach for it again.

That second reach is the moment that matters.

Because at that point, we are no longer talking about clothes. We are talking about recognition.

By the end of the evening, the question has shifted from “what should I wear” to “who have I been dressing for?”

The Transition

This is not about trends or buying more. It is about creating enough space to notice yourself again.

When you stop dressing for expectation and start dressing from alignment, your style stops feeling performative. It becomes consistent, visible, and easier to access in the moments that matter.

What Changes After

What resonated most with me was the connection between my mental state and my styling choices. This realization has informed my styling, nail, and fragrance choices. I’ve been trying things I previously didn’t think I could get away with. Thank you for an incredible experience.

She did not leave with a new wardrobe. She left making different decisions.

That is the shift: faster clarity in the morning. Less second-guessing. A presence that feels like her, not something she is performing toward.

Style is not the destination. It is the door.

Executive Presence Begins Before the Outfit

Your wardrobe is one of the first ways people experience you, but it should not be the first place you look for confidence.

That is the foundation of this work.

The Peony Theory centers on a simple truth: you cannot fully bloom without alignment across every layer of your life, including how you see yourself. Many women in leadership spend years dressing for access, expectations, and advancement. At some point, that stops working.

The Working Capsule creates space to recalibrate.

When your wardrobe reflects who you are instead of who you have been performing, showing up changes. It becomes more direct, more grounded, and more consistent.

It feels like you again.

The Working Capsule starts the conversation. Style Rehab is where the transformation deepens.

This is a complete reset of how you see yourself and how your wardrobe supports that identity, before shopping, before editing, before anything external.
